Structural Feature1.Special submersible motorThe whole series of F/H grade insulation,B grade temperature rise assessment, protection grade is IP68;the motor has low energy consumption, low temperature rise, and high stability.It has better heat resistance and longer life than ordinary motors.The wiring cavity is sealed from the stator and rotor of the motor, with double insurance.The motor bearing adopts the auxiliary oil tank structure to increase the service life of the bearing.2.Motor pump protection systemThe motor has a number of built-in warning sensors,including the leakage in the wiring chamber,the motor cavity and the oil chamber, and the temperature rise of the bearding and the motor coil. At the pump end is equipped with a thrust spherical roller bearings(the oil lubrication),withstand the axial thrust of pump,There are one cylindrical roller bearding and one deep groove ball bearing(grease lubrication)equipped with the top and bottom of the motor, withstand the radial force of rotor.The bearing running stable,and the motor shaft will not movement,so the bearing has little heat and no noise during the operation of the pump5.Sealing systemThe product applies a patented structure, the pump end adopts a combined double cartridge mechanical seal,and the motor side also adopts a single end mechanical seal.The structure makes the sealing performance of the pump reliable and running stable.
