Cameroon: Construction of drinking water supply and solar pump

The Municipality of Makenene has issued a call for tenders for the construction of a drinking water supply with a solar energy pump in the Ndoumalong Commune of Makenene.

DEADLINE: 24 March 2023, 12pm

The work includes the performance of the following services:

NOTE: Drawing must be arranged with agglos + plastering + paint + plaster + tiles on the fence and size 2X2m with a length of escape channel 4m in stuffed agglomerations towards the lost well.

The estimated cost of the works is 27,710,000 (twenty-seven million seven hundred ten thousand) Frs CFA.

This call of offers is open to all construction companies under Cameroonian law who can justify technical, financial and legal capacity to enable them to perform the services of the call of offers.

The appeal file of offers can be viewed or withdrawn during working hours at the Secretariat of the Internal Committee procurement of the Town Hall of MAKENENE, from publication of this notice.

The appeal file of tenders can be obtained from the Secretariat of the Internal Commission for the Procurement of Public Contracts located at the Town Hall of MAKENENE, on presentation of a receipt payment to the Treasury of the costs of purchasing the file equal to (48,000) forty-eight thousand CFA francs. The Purchase receipt must specify:

The Offers, established in English or French and in seven (07) copies (one original and 06 copies marked as such) must reach the Secretariat of the Internal Procurement Commission markets no later than 24 March 2023 at 12pm and will have to bear the mention “NATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDERN°2023…/ AONO /C.MAK/CIPM /01FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DRINKING WATER SUPPLY, WITH SOLAR ENERGY PUMP IN DISTRICT OF MAKENENE, MMFA DEPARTMENT AND INOUBOU, CENTRAL REGION.”

The deadline for the implementation of the works is three (03) months from the date of notification of the Service Order to commence work.

Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents a bid bond of 300,000 (Three hundred thousand) CFA francs drawn up by a first-class bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date original of the validity of the offers or a payment receipt in a consignment account at the Public Treasury.

NB: even certified bank checks are not accepted.

The required administrative documents must, under penalty of rejection, be imperatively produced in originals and in copies legalised by the competent authorities and dating from less than three (3) months.

Only financial offers bidders who have obtained a technical score at least equal to 80% yes will be retained for the rest of the adjudication procedure.

The work will be awarded to the tenderer whose technically qualified tender will be the lowest financially.

Any offer not presented in three (03) volumes will be purely and simply rejected; the same applies to any offer that does not comply with the Special Regulations of this Call for Tenders.

Tenderers remain committed to their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days from the Date set for receipt of tenders.
